SHIPPING POLICY:

Shipping charges are calculated on the weight of the item(s) on all orders under $99.00. ALL ORDERS OVER $99.00 RECEIVE FREE SHIPPING (Except orders to Hawaii and Alaska). All orders will be shipped UPS Ground. We may elect to ship by another carrier by choice. Insurance is included in all shipping costs. We only accept orders that are shipped in the Continental US + Hawaii and Alaska. Our policy is to ship orders within 3-5 days of accepting your paid order from Pay Pal processing. Generally please allow 7-10 Working Days for UPS Ground Delivery. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an Email Notice of that shipment & tracking #.

Hawaii and Alaska Shipping Policy

We do not offer Free Shipping to Hawaii or Alaska. All orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska require the customer to contact our Customer Service in advance for a shipping quote prior to completing an online order. After completion of your online order, we will contact you by Email or by phone to re-confirm all additional shipping charges with you. Additional shipping charges are invoiced separately through Pay Pal and must be paid prior to your order being finalized and shipped.

RETURN POLICY:

If you must return an item, Email us for a Return Authorization Form within 5-Days of Receiving Your Order. Your return must be received by us within 15-Days from Your Orders Delivery Date and the following 7-Conditions Will Apply to All Merchandise Returns:

  1. If your not completely satisfied with the merchandise you received we will gladly refund your payment in full, less shipping charges for those item(s) returned within 15 days from your original delivery date.
  2. Return item(s) must be in original condition as they were shipped from us, unused, not washed and Must Have Our Original Sticker Not Removed.
  3. All returns must be in original packaging.
  4. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and Will Not Be Refunded.
  5. Return Shipments Must Be Insured. Items that are broken or damaged in return shipment will require a claim with your return shipment insurance carrier.
  6. Return must include a copy of the Return Authorization Form with your reason for return.
  7. Customers who received Free Shipping and return their item(s) will be responsible for original shipping and handling costs only on the item(s) returned, which will be deducted from refund.

DAMAGE POLICY:

We take extra precautions to pack our orders to prevent damage or breakage. But shipping accidents do happen. If your order does arrive damaged or broken, please contact us by E mail within 3 days of receiving your order and please include a photo(s) of the damage item(s). We will then file a claim with the shipment insurance carrier. Upon receipt of your claim and funds from the insurance carrier, we will forward the refund or replacement if available to you. Approximate 30-days to finalized a claim.

Please Do Not Repack and Do Not Mail the Damaged Item(s) Back To Us unless we request you to do so.

Also save the boxes, packing material and damaged item(s) in case the delivery company may need to inspect the damage.
